It's Official!

The FMPC is proud to announce the upcoming production of WHEN COTTON BLOSSOMS for the Piney Woods School of Mississippi.  This documentary, featuring archival and reenacted imagery, as well as brand new recordings by the school's own Cotton Blossom Singers, will premiere in November at the school's centennial celebration during Founder's Week.

The film will be produced, written, directed, and edited by Scott Magie, with coproduction services provided by Heather & Jamie Mathews of Distant Lands Entertainment (Greenville, MS) and Brad Walker of The Lighthouse Film Company (Wilmington, NC).  Production is scheduled for mid-May before school lets out for the summer, so a ton will need to happen in the next few weeks!
